where i am now...
A quick trip to Istanbul
Well, I'm back at it. I left the US at the beginning of March and am currently in Istanbul, Turkey with my cousin. Just a quick visit while she has some medical stuff done. We're here during Ramadan so the city is VERY busy, but we managed to put a dent in the Grand Bazaar despite the crowds.

Perpignan, France
March 11th I'm heading to Perpignan, France near the Spanish border. Perpignan is a beautiful city with French and Spanish influences. The downtown shopping area where I'll be staying has tons of shops, cafes, etc., and beautiful old buildings. I'll take a day trip to Marseille and Aix-en-Provence while I'm there. It's too early for the lavender fields but there is much, much more to see!
