Let's be practical, it likely isn't completely free. However, there are a multitude of ways to make improvements with very little (to a lot) of investment and a little work on your part. Let's settle on a budget that works for you.
The first step is making sure the listing is thoroughly photographed, the good, the bad and the ugly. Photos will make or break you and to best assist you I will need to see what we're working with.
After reviewing the photographs and your current listing, I will put together a detailed list of my observations, critiques and recommendations on how we can transform your property so that you don't miss out on another listing.
Revamping simply means to give new or improved appearance to something. We can utilize much (if not all) of what you currently have in your property, creating a new look by simply moving some things around.
Renters notice everything, and the longer they stay the more they notice. There will likely be some range of purchases to be made, but your budget will be maximized to give you the biggest bang for your buck.
In addition to the revamping, I will put together a marketing plan for your property and will roll out each phase as decided upon. While marketing is an option for my service, it is a critical step in increasing your earning potential.
